What is the process of setting up my microsite to list my products and services?
Once you sign up as a vendor, you will get access to a vendor dashboard. You will set up your seller profile (business information, social media acccounts, payment information, logo, banner) and you will be able to download a template to upload your products, bios, services.
Alternatively you can also add each product, service individually from the "new product" tab.
To add a new provider, select "configurable" for product type.
If you are a paid vendor, our onboard team will help you get all the content onto the site within 3 days.

Who is allowed to join the marketplace?
The marketplace is created for healthcare providers such as a physicians, pharmacists, mid level practioners and licensed estheticians. Verfied health and skincare brands are
allowed to sell on the marketplace directly as well.

We ensure each business that lists their products, providers and services is licensed in their field and in good standing.

There is a rising trend of finding counterfeit medical grade skincare on other general online marketplaces which is why our marketplace is unique and do
niche. By allowing only licensed providers who are able to sell such products and the brands themselves, we maintain the authenticity of this platform.

Do you accept HSA?
Yes, HSA cards may be used at checkout for eligible products such as sunscreens, acne products and health supplements.

What do you do with our personal and quiz date?
Your data is never shared externally . Your quiz data is available only to your provider if you took the quiz from their microsite .
We may evaluate population health data to refine our algorithms, and be part of our internal research and development to improve recommendations.
How does your quiz work?
We have collated data from published literature on active ingredients that have well documented data for efficacy and safety for specific skin concerns . This along with 50,000+ data points from our previous virtual consultation platform has been implemented in the creation of our algorithms that give quiz results.
Can I create my own quiz ?
Not yet, but soon we will have that feature! We plan to release some other quizzes related to hair loss and body as well.

How do I book a service appointment once I purchase it?
The med spa or provider will contact you via e-mail or phone to schedule an appointment with their office.

How long will my results last?
Depending on the product used, an average longevity of Botox like treatments can last an average of 3-4 months. Daxxify, the latest neuromodulator has been FDA indicated to last up to 6-9 months. Results may vary.
Can I do skin care treatments the same day as Botox?
To ensure that you have a desired outcome, it is suggested to wait a minimum of 2 weeks from having Botox to doing aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and micro-needling. Your provider can work with you to create a plan on helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
